I am playing along with Debs at Focused on the Magic for the Wordless Wednesday Blog Hop! Anyone can join so hop over and check it out! This weeks theme is Disney Icons - aka "weenies" - Weenies are large architectural attention-getters that draw you to them. Sleeping Beauty Castle is a weenie in Disneyland. So I was thinking of what could be considered a weenie over at DCA. Grizzly Peak is certainly iconic, but it doesn't really draw you to it. The best view of it will put you in the middle of a path going further into DCA but there is no destination to the grizzly part of Grizzly Peak. So I chose to go with this instead:
I wasn't very "wordless" but I rarely ever am! :)
Great picture! Can't wait to see it in person, it must be amazing!
ReplyDeleteI love it, and I agree! Great choice!! :)
ReplyDeleteHaven't taken my family to Disneyland yet, and I've personally never been to CA Adventure Park... we are really looking forward to this view, and seeing 'World of Color'!!
Thanks for sharing.
Just gotta see this for myself some day. Looks so very cool!

ReplyDeleteI have never been to DisneyLand, so I am looking forward to catching up and following along here on things I ought to know :-)
And I had never heard the term a "weenie" before!
Awesome! I am planning on heading there in April for the first time & I can't wait!
ReplyDeleteMickey's Funwheel always brings a smile to my face! Beautiful and yes, a better choice than Grizzly Peak.
